1. All Sales Are Final.
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. In special cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items.
If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email address]. You must submit a Return Request Form, including:

We will review your request. If approved, you may be eligible for store credit only. We do not refund money under any circumstances.
3. Return Conditions.
If a return is approved, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

In original packaging, with all tags and parts included

Shipped back to us within 7 days of approval
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted or credited.
4. Factory Defects.
D24 is not responsible for manufacturing defects. Slight variations or imperfections are normal in handmade jewelry.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once an order leaves our studio, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
6. Order Cancellations.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please check your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
